Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Banking Process

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for a Banking Process role. This position involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid Quarterly)

  • Malayalam Language Allowance: ₹1,800

  • Additional Benefits for Outstation Candidates: One-way Transportation and 14 Days Accommodation Support.
