Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries through voice and email channels.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

  • Maintain professional communication while interacting with customers.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

  • Follow company policies and maintain service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates only

  • Work From Office (Palava, Mumbai)

  • Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn

Shift Details

  • Male Employees: 24×7 rotational shifts

  • Female Employees: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window

  • 6 Days Working

  • Rotational Off (No fixed weekly off)
