We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our Voice and Sales Process teams. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, promoting products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Candidates must be fluent in English and proficient in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada).
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18–30 years
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada)
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently
Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
