Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Work From Office

Eligibility:

12th pass / Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Excellent English communication required
Experience certificate mandatory (for experienced candidates)
Freshers with strong communication welcome

Role:

Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve queries quickly and accurately
Share correct company information
Maintain proper call records
Ensure high customer satisfaction

Work Schedule:

9-hour shift (including breaks)
6 days working, rotational week off
No cab facility
