Job Title: Customer Care Associate (CCA) – Retail Garments

Location: Asansol (Sentrum Mall)
Department: Retail Sales
Reports To: Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Associate (CCA) to join our retail garments store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting garments according to their needs.

• Provide information about products, sizes, styles, and pricing.

• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per store policy.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise in the store.

• Ensure stock is properly arranged and replenished on shelves.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

• Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service.

• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

• 06-2years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
