Job description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice/Chat/Blended process team as Customer Service Representatives. As part of this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls / Emails / Chat provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically through voice calls / Email / Chat.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain quality standards in communication and meet performance targets.

• Document call details and update the system regularly.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (any stream).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Fluency in Hindi + English

Shift Details:

• 9:00AM to 09:00PM (You have to work 9hours) or

• 24•7 (Rotational)

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working with 2 rotational week-off.
