Job Summary

profile - Customer service associates

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and register complaints.

  • Provide end-to-end resolution and ensure First Time Right (FTR) 

 

Eligibility 

  • Education: Min 12th Passed or any 3 years Diploma after 10th and above can apply. 

  • Technical Skills: MS Office, Typing (15 WPM with 85% accuracy) 

  • Specific Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer focus.

 

Working Conditions

 

  • Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational week off)

  • Work Duration: 9 hours (inclusive of breaks)

  • Shift Timings:

    • Male: 24x7 rotational shifts

    • Female: 6 AM to 6 PM

Salary

  • CTC: ₹14,011 per month

  • Net Take Home: ₹11,454 per month
