🚀 Urgent Hiring: Customer Care Executive (Banking Voice Process)

Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Job Role:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for banking products and services. Resolve customer queries, explain banking offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction while following quality and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

12th Pass or above
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Average communication skills in English & Hindi
Knowledge of any one regional language (Bengali / Odia / Assamese) preferred

Shift Details:

Rotational shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
6 days working | 1 rotational weekly off

Salary:

CTC: Up to ₹20,000/month
Take-home: Approx. ₹16,000/month
