Customer Care Executive

Shift Timings :-

Male Candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts

Female Candidates: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM shift window

Key Responsibilities :-

-Handle customer queries through voice and chat support.

-Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

-Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with customers.

-Follow the defined process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

-Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.

-Escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to the appropriate team.

-Ensure proper follow-up on customer queries wherever required.

-Maintain the required productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

-Adhere to company policies, attendance requirements, and shift schedules.

-Handle customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

-Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

-Freshers or candidates with relevant customer service experience may apply.

-Good verbal and written communication skills.

-Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems.

-Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.

-Willingness to work in rotational shifts, -wherever applicable.

-Immediate joiners are preferred.
