Experience - Fresher to 1 year

🔹 Role Details:

Position: Customer Support Executive

 

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

 

Working Days: 5 days a week

 

Week Off: 2 rotational week offs

 

Shift Timings:

 

Females: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

 

Males: Between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

 

🔸 Interview Process:

 

1 Face-to-Face Round (mandatory)

 

Versant Test (communication evaluation)

 

Written Test (basic aptitude or grammar – be prepared)
