We are looking for a Risk Support Executive to join our team Teamspace Financial Services Pvt ltd. The role offers In Hand Salary of 18000 for freshers and salary hike for experienced into voice process and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Banking Industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner regarding Transaction Monitoring and fraud controlling

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
