Job Description

🚨 Urgent Hiring | Credit Relationship Officer (Telecollection)

📍 Location: Anna Salai, Chennai
🕘 Shift: General Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
💼 Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Counsel customers on overdue payments and loan eligibility.
Achieve monthly collection and call targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to resolve credit bureau-related issues.

Eligibility

Qualification: Any Graduate
Language: Fluent in Hindi (multilingual candidates preferred)
Skills: Good communication, target-oriented, and basic knowledge of loans and credit products
