Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries, explaining our services, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining positive customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

Explain company recruitment process clearly.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain records.

Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.


Age limit 18 to 28

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Good verbal communication

Basic computer knowledge.

Prior telecalling, or customer service experience is advantage
