Outbound hardcore sales

Average comms

Hsc / Graduate with minimum. 6 months of on paper sales experience, no lead generation or collections exp

Salary - 18000 in hand , 22000 CTC

Shifts - 9:15 AM -7:30 PM , 10:15 AM -8:30 PM,

1 rotational off

Note : They will have to extend shifts if they do not complete their targets

Note: NISM IS MANDATORY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM FOR ALL THE MUTUAL FUND PROCESSES (SBI, Nippon, UTI). INITIALLY THE COMPANY PAYS 1500 FOR THEIR NISM EXAM IF THEY FAIL TO CLEAR THE EXAM THEN THE EMPLOYEE WON’T BE PAID THEIR SALARY BUT THEY DO GET SECOND CHANCE TO CLEAR NISM. WHERE THE EMPLOYEE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NISM. NISM FEES ARE (1500)
