Customer Care Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team as Customer Care Associates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries, complaints, and requests through calls or other communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/system regularly.

• Resolve complaints within the given time frame or escalate when necessary.

• Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance standards.
