Job Profile: 

Support to Service Engineer and Technician  

To attend complaints from customers and arrange to send Engineer for Service, 

Documentation in Word, Excel and ERP Software  Follow Up for payment, 

Coordination with Import & Export and other Departments 

To send Quotation, Invoice, Export Invoice and Packing list for Spare Parts

Coordination with Logistics and other departments.
