Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive (GPS Tracker)
Experience: Minimum 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Call existing customers to remind them about GPS tracker subscription renewals.

  • Assist with recharge queries and ensure timely payments.

  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide basic support.

  • Communicate in Marathi, Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, and Odia (basic English required).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass.

  • Fluency in the above languages; basic English understanding.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
