Customer Support Executive
Location: Mumbai (Thane, Malad)

5 days working | 2 Rotational Week OFF |
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/chats efficiently and professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and attendance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
