Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Explain salon services, packages, and offers clearly to customers.
Schedule and confirm client appointments.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the system.
Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat appointments.
Work towards achieving monthly targets for leads and conversions.
Coordinate with the salon front desk/manager for smooth appointment handling.
