Job Description

Job Opening: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Restaurant & Gaming Center)

Company: Leading Hospitality & Entertainment Brand

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance) + Sales Incentives

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (May extend during events)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 rotational weekly off

Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally.

- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

- Guide guests about restaurant menu offerings and gaming activities.

- Coordinate table reservations, party bookings, and guest registrations.

- Ensure guest areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.

- Promote upselling of packages, offers, and gaming events.

- Collaborate with service, gaming, and kitchen teams for smooth operations.

- Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome; backgrounds in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Retail, or Aviation are preferred.

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.

- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude and high energy levels.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Candidates with experience or internships in Restaurant, Hotel, Retail, Gaming, or Events are preferred.
