About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading Matrimony Services platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to assist members throughout their matchmaking journey while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and registered members.
Assist users with profile creation, account management, and platform navigation.
Resolve customer queries related to memberships, subscriptions, and matchmaking services.
Follow up with members to improve profile completion and engagement.
Provide information on premium plans and value-added services.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely issue resolution.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive user experience.

Candidate Requirements
✅ Trilingual proficiency is mandatory:EnglishKannadaTamil / Telugu / Hindi (Any One)
✅ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer service, telecalling, BPO, relationship management, or matrimony industry experience preferred
✅ Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome
✅ Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
