Customer Care Executive

Location: Noida / Remote

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email & calls

• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and warranty

• Use tools like Shopify, Flipkart Seller Panel, Zepto, etc.

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for resolutions

• Maintain records & ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Good communication in English & Hindi

• Basic tech skills (CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

• Experience in e-commerce support is a plus

• Calm, patient & problem-solving attitude
