We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Renown Container Lines Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing outstanding support. Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed
Provide correct and helpful information to resolve customer issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Achieve performance targets and maintain service quality
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry will be an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Comfortable working 6 days a week in the Day shift
