Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Delight Agents. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries and supporting them in managing our financial products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and Bonds.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers in booking and managing FD, RD, and Bond products

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver a delightful service experience

Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
