Job Overview
We are hiring Associates for Customer Support – Blended Process for the Blinkit Quick Commerce vertical. The role requires candidates with excellent communication skills who can efficiently handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice support channels
* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Adhere to process guidelines, productivity, and compliance metrics
* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Eligibility Criteria
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Graduate and Undergraduate both eligible
* Immediate joiners preferred
* Prior customer support experience will be an added advantage
Skills Required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Versant Level 5 mandatory
* Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to process requirements
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary up to ₹25,000 per month( Fresher 20k , Experience 25k)
* Salary credited on the 15th of every month
* Hybrid working model
* Work From Home available for night shifts after successful completion of 30 days of employment
* Paid training provided upon successful certification clearance
Additional Information
* Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule
