Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates at the early stage of their careers who are looking to build strong communication and coordination skills in a professional work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone and email in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about company services and processes

  • Track ongoing service requests and follow up with internal teams

  • Coordinate with operations and other departments for timely resolution

  • Maintain records in CRM and internal systems

  • Ensure clear and courteous communication with customers

  • Follow defined processes and service guidelines


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

  • Willing to work from the Koramangala office

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a structured environment
