Job Description

Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information about products, services, or appointments.

Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible.

Record customer details and update information in the CRM system.

Transfer calls to the appropriate department when required.

Follow company policies and call quality standards.

Maintain a friendly, patient, and positive attitude with customers.

Meet daily targets for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Follow up with customers when necessary.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
