We are seeking a skilled & detail oriented Automobile Customer Care Executive to join our company.

As a CCE, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Guiding customers throughout their servicing
Understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
Handling customer grievances.
Efficient event planning with customers.

Must have skills:

Freshers or experience both can apply
Good communication skill
Basic computer knowledge
Basic idea on email drafting
Must be fluent in at least Bengali and Hindi

Salary: As per Industry Standard with others Statutory Benefits
