About the Role

Policybazaar.com, India’s leading insurance marketplace, is hiring Sales Specialists / Customer Service Executives for its Gurgaon office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in inside sales, tele sales, voice process, customer support, and insurance advisory services.

You will engage with potential customers, explain insurance products, handle queries, and drive conversions through strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.

• Explain product features, insurance plans, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction and client retention.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets & KPIs.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM.

• Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and meet organizational goals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers / Experienced candidates from BPO, call center, tele calling, tele sales, or inside sales background preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
