Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for a US-based Voice Process at our Kolkata office. This

is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates (0-2 years) who are confident, fluent

in English, and ready to work in night shifts catering to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inboud inquiry resolving claims.

 Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

 Follow company protocols and maintain call quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

 Age: 18 to 29 years

 Qualification: Non technical Graduate only (BTech , MTech, Hotel Management, MCA, BCA,

MBA, HM any other specialised / Technical Stream are not eligible)

 Excellent spoken English is a must.

 Full Time student not eligible.

 Comfortable working in rotational night shifts

 Freshers are welcome; BPO experience is an added advantage

 Candidates should reside in Kolkata or Suburbs of Kolkata.
