Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (International Voice Process)

We are looking for dynamic, well-spoken Customer Support Specialists to join our international voice process. In this role, you will interact directly with global customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a world-class service experience. ### What You Will Do

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries from international clients with professionalism and empathy.

• Provide accurate solutions and guide customers through troubleshooting steps or account requests.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively on the first call.

• Log and update accurate interaction details into our CRM database.

### Who We Are Looking For

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Fluent/Advanced proficiency).

Education: HSC / Undergraduates / Graduates can apply.

Experience:

• Freshers with top-tier English communication skills are welcome!

1+ Year of International BPO experience is highly appreciated and will be given salary preference.

Flexibility: Comfortable working in consistent night shifts and aligning with US business hours.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
