Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Languages Required:
Hindi
Marathi
(Any one or multiple languages mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience in Sales / Collection / Customer Service
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with customers regarding payments/services
Maintain proper call quality and customer satisfaction
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Salary & Benefits:
₹20,000 In-hand salary

6 days working
1 rotational week off
