Customer Care Executive

We’re Hiring – Customer Care Executives (Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Process: Domestic (Voice & Non-Voice)

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational off)

Shift:

• Male candidates – Rotational shifts including night shifts (night shift drop facility available)

• Female candidates – Day shifts only

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Age: 18 to 33 years

• Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and/or non-voice queries

• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while dealing with customers

• Follow communication scripts and process guidelines

• Update customer interaction details accurately in the system

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (for male candidates)

Salary

• In-hand: ₹9,200 – ₹11,200

• CTC: ₹13,300

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

Work Mode: Work from Office
