Urgent Hiring – Premium Blended Process

Location: Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office – mandatory)

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 (Based on Interview Performance)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Shift Timings:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle both voice and non-voice (chat/email) customer interactions professionally.

• Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately.

• Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.

• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

• Meet daily/weekly quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

• Must clear Versant Level 4 assessment (mandatory).

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
