Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic & customer focused individual to join our team for International Process. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our International customers, providing excellent support & resolving their queries via phone.

Key Responsibility :

• Handle calls in a professional & timely manner.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues & provide accurate information about the products & services.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise & friendly communication

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum 10th pass & above individuals can apply

• Freshers & experience both can apply

Working Conditions:

• Fixed day shift

• Fixed week off on Sunday
