Take booking requests and update details in the system
Resolve customer issues or complaints
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams
Give status updates to customers
Maintain basic records and reports

Basic communication skills (Hindi / English / regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers politely
Ready to work in shifts (if applicable)
