We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals for our UK Survey BPO Voice Process in Kolkata. As a part of our outbound call team, you will be responsible for conducting customer surveys for clients based in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to UK-based customers to conduct surveys (no sales or collections).

-Follow a scripted questionnaire and record accurate customer responses.

-Ensure high-quality data collection and meet daily/weekly targets.

-Maintain professional communication etiquette and adhere to process guidelines.

-Provide feedback and participate in continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

-Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

-Prior experience in UK/International BPO preferred, but freshers are welcome.

-Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

-Willingness to work in UK time zone.
