Website par aaye customers ko call karna (Inbound + Outbound)

Abandoned orders follow-up aur conversion

Product details, offers aur delivery timeline explain karna

Order confirmation & address verification

Customer queries ko politely handle karna (Hindi / English)

WhatsApp & Call ke through coordination

Minimum 12th Pass

Basic English + Good Hindi speaking
