We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team for Kartavya Healtheon Private Limited in Mumbai at our Goregaon (East) location. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
