Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience with our products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers, customer service software, and other office systems
