Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Customer Support – Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our live chat platform, resolving inquiries efficiently while ensuring an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly via live chat and other digital channels.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions.

  • Guide customers through the features and usage of products/services.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.

  • Document all customer interactions in the support system accurately.

  • Achieve key performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and system changes.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (chat or digital support experience preferred).

  • Excellent written communication skills in [language].

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software, help desk systems, or chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, tech, or SaaS environments.

  • Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.

  • Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays.
