Job Description – Customer Service Executive
Job Objective:
To handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
