Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Females - Day Shift only, Males - Rotational Shift

Domestic/International USA-Voice process for a Cargo company
Interface with Customers via Inbound calls/Chats/Emails
Resolve customers' queries, Handling escalations & complaints of dissatisfied customers
Close all faults and complaints within SLAs
Should have on job experience working on Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table
