Job Title: Voice Process Associate - Healthcare Eligibility Verification (Dental Insurance Claims)

Job Description:

We are looking for Voice Process Associates to provide complete voice support for international clients in the healthcare domain, specifically for Eligibility Verification of Dental Insurance Claims. The position involves working in night shifts (US Shift) with responsibilities related to healthcare verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide eligibility verification for dental insurance claims.

• Communicate effectively with international clients over the phone.

• Ensure quality and accuracy in every transaction.

• Provide solutions to client issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong understanding of grammar and language.

• Prior experience in the healthcare domain is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Flexibility to work in night shifts (US timings).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation or Post-Graduation (Degree and Marksheet must be available).

• Candidates must not be B.Tech graduates unless they have relevant healthcare domain experience.

• Must have 2.8 LPA - 3.5 LPA experience with Healthcare/Voice Process.

• 2 Level of Interviews: Both interviews will be conducted face-to-face

• WFO (Work from Office) only – No remote work or hybrid options.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹2.8 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA

• Additional Benefits:

  • ₹2,500 Travel Allowance

  • ₹2,000 Attendance Bonus (for 100% attendance)

• No Transportation provided.
