💼 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about event packages and services.
Manage client meetings, venue visits, and follow-ups to close bookings.
Maintain records of leads, bookings, and payments using Excel.
Support marketing efforts through basic digital promotion (social media updates, replying to messages, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
✅ Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp promotions).
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Prior experience in hospitality or event management is an added advantage.
