Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operational activities related to banking processes.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Process and verify customer transactions and documentation accurately.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing.

• Maintain service quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.

• Update and maintain records and databases.

• Work as per assigned shift schedule and ensure timely task completion.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking or BFSI operations is mandatory.

• Graduate from any stream (banking/finance background preferred).

• HSC + Relevant experience also eligible

• Good knowledge of banking processes and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
