Ability to handle international customers (US/UK/AU processes preferred).

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer service software.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process/customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls inbound in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively within defined TAT.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
