🎯 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS (MANDATORY) in SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE / HNI SALES

3+ YEARS PREFERRED in CUSTOMER SUPPORT, HNI SALES, OR RELATED FUNCTIONS

📝 ROLE OVERVIEW

We seek a HIGH-PERFORMING, SELF-DRIVEN, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES PROFESSIONAL to manage PREMIUM HNI CLIENTS.

This role combines HNI CUSTOMER SERVICE, POST-SALES ENGAGEMENT, and CONSULTATIVE CLIENT SERVICES.

You’ll serve as a TRUSTED ADVISOR, PROBLEM-SOLVER, AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGER for HNI CLIENTS in their JOURNEY TO FIND HAPPINESS.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the POST-SALES/SALES/CRM EXPERIENCE of HNI clients

Handle ESCALATIONS AND HIGH-TOUCH INTERACTIONS

PROSPECT, SHORTLIST, AND REPRESENT CLIENTS to suitable options

Conduct CONSULTATION AND COUNSELING SESSIONS

Drive RENEWALS AND RETENTION through relationship-building

Ensure a SEAMLESS AND PERSONALIZED CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Lead and support TELESALES & SERVICE TEAMS to meet revenue goals

✅ REQUIREMENTS

STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (VERBAL & WRITTEN) IN ENGLISH

HIGH EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT, INTEGRITY, PATIENCE, AND PERSUASION

PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR WITH A PLEASING PERSONALITY

Comfortable with CONSULTATIVE SALES & HNI CLIENT HANDLING

Minimum Qualification: HSC (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
