Hiring for Customer Care Executive

Job Title - Agent

Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience - at least 6 months experience in BPO
Shifts - Day shift but must be comfortable for night shift

80% Day shift , 20% Night shift
Max CTC up to - 25k
Availability - Immediate Joiner

Job Responsibilities -
~ Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
~ Providing accurate information about products or services and assisting with issues or how-to questions.
~ Resolving customer complaints, conflicts, and technical difficulties effectively.
~ Taking orders, processing payments, and collecting necessary information.
~ Recording customer interactions and issue resolutions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
~ Working with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and product teams, to resolve complex issues.
