Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Aditya Birla process at Globiva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat support for the Aditya Birla process.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
Update customer records accurately in the system.
Meet performance benchmarks in terms of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and report issues/escalations to the team lead when necessary.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English (additional regional language is a plus).
Customer-centric attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Compensation:
For Freshers: ₹18,000 in-hand
For Experienced Candidates: ₹26,000 CTC (Approx. ₹22,000 in-hand)
Other Details:
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday)
